We know that there will be about 0.05% to 0.1% panels to be found problem inside by EL tester and sun simulator. To repair these bad quality panels, the aluminum frames should be removed. Most solar PV module production plants now have the ALUMINUM FRAME REMOVAL MACHINE for rework purpose to save money.
